Weekly Catch Up: 12.12.21

Here is my weekly post each Sunday to catch up from the week before.

I will be sharing what I have been up to, what I have read, am reading and what’s up next along with other weekly catch up news.

What I have been up to this week:

It’s been a quiet week this week, although work has been really busy. Another COVID test for my daughter, although this time it was just a routine one as there were cases in her class. She enjoyed her trip to the pantomime this week though, and singing her Christmas songs in the church with her school. I’m planning the new posts for 2022, so I will be doing a couple of posts over the next few weeks to display my plans 😊.

I attended the online book launch with Hobeck Books and Jennie Ensor for ‘Silenced’ and ‘The Dark Side of Christmas’. It was lovely to be a part of this evening and hearing all the authors talking together.

I received this badge this week from Blackberry Book Tours, for my review of Imagine That.

It was lovely to hear that my review was the best of the tour and made me really happy 😊.

Reading wise, I found it difficult to read during the week as I was so tired from work. I have completed 1 book this week, which I will be posting my review as part of the blog tour this week.

Hoping to continue with the reading in the evenings this week, as long as I don’t fall asleep. (As always 😂)
