Weekly Catch Up: 16.01.22

Here is my weekly post each Sunday to catch up from the week before.

I will be sharing what I have been up to, what I have read, am reading and what’s up next along with other weekly catch up news.

What I have been up to this week:

It felt like a really long week this week, but flew by too, if that makes any sense. The first full week at work for a while so I am a bit tired this weekend. This post is a little later today as my internet decided to crash, so I have already done 2 hours of tidying this morning πŸ˜‚.

I have made a decision regarding my A to Z Challenge post, and I will stop the weekly posts and include a catch up in my monthly wrap up post. I was finding it was adding pressure on to me, as it doesn’t look like I will be able to start this is in a little while.

Reading wise, I have completed 3 books both review requests/ARCs.

(+3, 1 read & 4 received)

πŸ’œ Other E-books on Kindle = 622

(+21, see Saturday’s & Friday’s post to see what I have added)

This E-Book figure includes the purchases I have made on offer for 99p.

I will be comparing this each week, although with my reading slowing down this month I think the figures are likely to go up rather than down πŸ˜‚. This week covers a couple of weeks since my last weekly wrap up.

NetGalley catch up:

Here are my totals as of today:

πŸ’œ 42 Books approved

πŸ’œ 23 Books Read

πŸ’œ 22 Reviews posted

Feedback Ratio 52%.

(+1%, 1 reviewed & 1 approval this week)

Hoping to continue with the reading in the evenings this week, as long as I don’t fall asleep. (As always πŸ˜‚) I am a bit behind and keep having to move the books around in my plan, so fingers crossed I get through them all, as I have many which need to be read by 03.02.22.

  1. Yes, anything that relieves a bit of stress is the right thing to do. The Start of Something sounds really good, I’ll be looking forward to what you think of it.

    1. It seems to go once a month, and I have to reset but it’s only the WIFI that goes weirdly πŸ˜‚ I should have a rest at the weekend as my daughter is at her Dads so I’m looking forward to it even if it is a busy week πŸ’•
